Follow the steps below to close either one of your ship-to accounts or the master account in Linde HKO.

  • Step 1

    Download and fill in the Account Closure Form and sign

    *Company account please sign with company chop

    Payer Account Closure Form

    Delivery Point Closure Form

    *Payer account is the master account

  • Step 2

    Upload the Account Closure Form to us

  • Step 3

    Once received your Account Closure application, we will notify you by phone or e-mail.

    Your deposit will be refunded by cheque in about 4-8 weeks while no outstanding debts and all cylinders are returned in good condition.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We will confirm your cylinder holding is cleared and all the cylinders should be returned to us. If you lost the cylinders, we will use your Cylinder Deposit to offset the cost.

Your cylinder deposit & pro-rata unused annual cylinder rental will be refunded by cheque in about 4-8 weeks if all cylinders are returned in good condition.

Credit Account

We will confirm your cylinder holding is cleared and all the cylinders should be returned to us. If you lost the cylinders, we will use your Trade Deposit to offset the cost.

Your trade deposit will be refunded by cheque in about 4-8 weeks if all cylinders are returned in good condition.
