Account Closure
Follow the steps below to close either one of your ship-to accounts or the master account in Linde HKO.
Step 1
Download and complete the Account Closure Form, then sign it.
Company accounts should be signed with the company chop.
Payer Account Closure Form
Download* Payer account is the master account.
Step 3
Once we receive your Account Closure application, we will notify you by phone or email.
Your deposit will be refunded by cheque in about 4–8 weeks, provided there are no outstanding debts and all cylinders are returned in good condition.
Questions about the Account Closing procedures
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We will confirm that your cylinder holding is cleared and that all cylinders have been returned to us.
If any cylinders are lost, we will use your Cylinder Deposit to offset the cost.
Your cylinder deposit and pro-rata unused annual cylinder rental will be refunded by cheque in about 4–8 weeks if all cylinders are returned in good condition.
Credit account
We will confirm that your cylinder holding is cleared and that all cylinders have been returned to us.
If any cylinders are lost, we will use your Trade Deposit to offset the cost.
Your trade deposit will be refunded by cheque in about 4–8 weeks if all cylinders are returned in good condition.
