您需要填妥並簽署開戶申請表格。如您開設的為商業客戶, 需附上商業登記證副本。如您開設的為個人客戶, 需附上身份證副本及住址證明

一般送貨時間安排如何？

若您於下午6時前經網上商店下單。在一般情況下，可以在下一個工作日發貨。請注意，因應地域限制，若需運送到與我們林德港氧廠房相距較為偏遠的位置，送貨時間有可能受到影響。

我怎樣查看訂單的運送狀態？

您可以網上查看您的訂單狀態，於「我的賬戶」內點選訂單和交貨，亦有提供完成送貨的訂單詳細資料。

訂購氣體會收取甚麼相關費用？

所有需運送的氣體訂單都要繳交運費。運費將會顯示於訂單提交後的總額之中。如有額外氣樽付運或沒有空瓶退回，該些氣樽將會收取首月租金（以該整月計算）。「貨到付款」的客戶，需於收貨時繳付相關的氣瓶按金。

為什麼我需要支付氣瓶租金？

租金包括了氣瓶的維護和補充，有助我們確保供應給您的氣瓶是安全、可靠及適合承裝氣體。我們會定期測試我們的氣瓶，並用新氣瓶替換那些已經達到使用期限的氣瓶，我們將繼續投資於不同的氣瓶類型的開發，以滿足您的需求。
