1. What is the general delivery time?

There will be a greater chance of securing a next working day delivery if you place an order online by 5pm, or order by Customer Service Centre Hotline +852.2372-2288 by 6pm, although please be aware that geographical restrictions will apply in locations that are a significant distance from a Linde HKO site, and while we will make every effort to ensure your supply, next working day delivery is not always possible to secure.

For Cryospeed service (Liquid Nitrogen), we have the following Delivery Schedule:
Kowloon District, Tsing Yi, Kwai Chung & Tsuen Wan: Monday & Tuesday
NT & Tung Chung / Airport: Wednesday
HK Island: Thursday
Specific customer: Friday & Saturday

2. How do I check the delivery status of my order?

You can check the delivery status of your order online through Orders & Deliveries in My Account, this also provides the details of when an order was delivered.

3. I missed the delivery of my order, how can I arrange re-delivery?

Equipment and Accessories - In the event of unsuccessful deliveries, please contact us on +852.2372-2288 to rearrange delivery.

Gas - Our team will rearrange the delivery for the next available delivery day in your area. If you have not received a call, then please contact us on +852.2372-2288.

4. Do you delivery outside Hong Kong?

Our company only deliveries to Hong Kong.

5. How can I arrange an emergency delivery?

Call our Customer Service Centre on +852.2372-2288.
Linde HKO does not guarantee emergency delivery however will make all reasonable endeavours to ensure your continuity of supply. Linde HKO reserves the right to charge appropriately.

6. How is the Delivery Arrangement when there is typhoon?

For Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above

Cancelled before 12:30pm:
Delivery will be arranged 3 hours later after the signal is cancelled. Priority would be given to Medical gases.

12:30pm is still in force:
Delivery will be re-arranged on the next working day.
